As a former sportscaster, I feel this dude's pain. Most of you have probably seen this before but this is so uncomfortable it is freaking hilarious. I love his response at the very end when the anchor guy thanks him!

Poor Kid!
You weren't one of the guys, were you?? You know the ones. That think becuz they were on TV that I should be greatful to be in your glow. Let's just say I met one that went on to do a national gig...Wipeout.
And so was he!! Ugh!!
lol, nope, not me, never got that far into it. It's amazing how big the egos are in that industry though, having been around many of them. You'd think they'd have a little more humility since most of them are just wanna-be athletes.
My kids LOVE Wipeout.
I love the "Boom goes the dynamite" guy. I saw this a few years ago and make sure to refresh the comedy, at least once every few months. You feel his pain when he wants to quit and get's frustrated, he's almost about to walk off the stage when he's magic catch phrase comes and he's back on track.
Watching it, I definately am reminded of doing news reports during Slurps radio show freshman year.
That was painful.
